These friendly, family-oriented communities situated just a few miles south of Charlotte benefit from the allure of small town living with big city amenities nearby. Immaculate tree-lined streets, manicured lawns and beautiful housing projects characterize each village.

Annual events like the March Kite, Founders Day and Fall Festivals attract residents and visitors. Concerts, arts and crafts shows and traditional recreation such as sack races and picnics are planned throughout the year.
Wesley Chapel, Stallings And Lake Park
The Andrew Jackson Museum, in addition to several other culturally rich and historic sites, is just a short drive away.

Located between Weddington and Monroe, Wesley Chapel is a community of 3,500 residents. Many lakes, streams and ponds are found in the Wesley Chapel area as well as a large forest preserve that offers incredible hiking, biking and hunting adventures. Stallings is located in northern Union County just southeast of Matthews. Here, you can attend evening concerts on Family Night at the Park or register for the annual community golf tournament. In season, you’ll find the occasional roadside produce stand. Lake Park is a planned community with a unique blend of restaurants, corner stores and cafes in its uptown district. There are a variety of areas for recreation and entertainment and sidewalks and pathways connect all areas within the village.

Education is provided by the Union County school system and several private school options. Charlotte’s proximity to the villages affords residents with easy commutes. Housing options consist of single-family detached homes, condominiums, townhomes and land lots. So, if you are considering a move to Union County, consider the Villages of Wesley Chapel, Stallings and Lake Park.
